Last updated: August 1, 2026
Welcome
Welcome to heymama baby. We’re happy you’re here.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of heymama baby, including the mobile application, website and related features operated by Qubiri s.r.o. (“Qubiri”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account or using heymama baby, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use heymama baby.
Your use of heymama baby is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we process personal data.
1. Who We Are
heymama baby is a mobile application designed to help parents, legal guardians, caregivers and other authorized persons record and manage everyday information relating to childcare, including sleep, feeding, diapers, growth, health, milestones and everyday memories.
The application is operated by:
Qubiri s.r.o.
Fialová 8A

Slovakia
Business ID (IČO): 57708231
If you have any questions, you can contact us at:
hey@heymama.baby
2. Using heymama baby
heymama baby is intended for parents, legal guardians, caregivers and other persons who are legally authorized to provide and manage information relating to a child.
The application is not intended for children to use independently on their own behalf.
By creating or managing a child profile, you confirm that you are:
- the child’s parent or legal guardian; or
- another person who has been authorized by the child’s parent or legal guardian to provide and manage the child’s information.
When creating an account, you agree to:
- provide accurate and up-to-date account information;
- keep your login credentials secure and confidential;
- promptly notify us if you believe that your account has been accessed without authorization;
- use heymama baby only in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where the activity results from circumstances for which you are not legally responsible.
You must not share your login credentials with another person. To allow another authorized person to access a child profile, you should use the sharing functionality available within the application.
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- the information you enter into heymama baby is provided lawfully;
- you are authorized to manage the relevant child’s information;
- any person whom you invite to a shared child profile is authorized to access and manage that information;
- your use of heymama baby complies with the laws applicable to you.
We may restrict or suspend access to an account where we reasonably believe that:
- the account is being used unlawfully;
- the account is being used in breach of these Terms;
- access is necessary to protect users, children, personal data or the security of heymama baby;
- the account was created or is being used without appropriate authorization.
Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of the reason for a restriction or suspension.
3. Your Subscription
heymama baby may offer:
- a free trial;
- a monthly subscription;
- an annual subscription.
The specific subscription options, prices, trial duration and included features displayed in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or within the application at the time of purchase form part of your subscription terms.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
Subscriptions, payments, renewals and cancellations are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on the platform through which you purchased the subscription.
Qubiri s.r.o. does not directly collect or store your payment-card details or payment credentials.
You are responsible for managing and cancelling your subscription through the relevant Apple or Google account. Deleting your heymama baby account or uninstalling the application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
When you cancel a subscription, you may generally continue using the paid features until the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the applicable terms of Apple or Google. Google Play, for example, states that cancellation stops future renewal while access normally continues for the period already paid.
Refund requests and refund eligibility are handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of Apple or Google. Qubiri s.r.o. does not independently determine refund eligibility for transactions processed by those platforms.
Subscription prices may change. Where required, you will be informed of a price change before it applies. A price change will not retroactively alter a billing period that has already been paid for.
Where a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you cancel it before the trial ends. The applicable trial terms and renewal date will be shown before you confirm the subscription.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer, you may have statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights under the law applicable to you.
For users in the European Economic Area, the general 14-day withdrawal right may be subject to exceptions for digital content or services where performance begins immediately after the consumer has expressly requested it and acknowledged the applicable consequences. The availability and exercise of these rights may also depend on the purchase flow and terms of Apple or Google.
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
4. Your Child’s Information
heymama baby allows you to create and manage child profiles and record information relating to childcare, including:
- sleep;
- feeding;
- diapers;
- growth and developmental measurements;
- health-related records;
- medications;
- doctor appointments;
- vaccinations;
- teething and tooth growth;
- milestones;
- notes and everyday memories;
- other information that you choose to enter.
You retain any rights that you have in the information and content that you enter into heymama baby.
By entering or uploading information, you grant Qubiri s.r.o. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, synchronize and display that information only to the extent necessary to:
- provide and operate heymama baby;
- synchronize records across your devices;
- make shared records available to users whom you authorize;
- maintain, secure and support the application;
- comply with applicable legal obligations.
This licence ends when the relevant information is deleted from our systems, except where limited retention is required or permitted by law.
You confirm that you have the legal right and appropriate authorization to enter, manage and share information relating to the relevant child.
You are responsible for the information that you enter and for taking reasonable steps to ensure that it is accurate and lawful.
Profile photos
A child profile photo selected through the application is stored locally within the application’s private storage on the relevant device.
Profile photos are not uploaded to our cloud infrastructure and are not synchronized across devices.
A locally stored photo may be lost if:
- you uninstall the application;
- you delete the application’s local data;
- you lose or replace the device;
- the device or operating system removes the locally stored file.
You are responsible for retaining a separate copy of any photo that you wish to preserve.
Export and deletion
You may export available records for all child profiles associated with your account in CSV format through the export functionality available in the application.
The export may not include every category of personal data processed in connection with your account, including locally stored profile photos, authentication information, subscription information, consent records or technical diagnostic data.
You may delete individual records where the relevant functionality is available.
Deleted data may not be recoverable. You are responsible for exporting or otherwise retaining a separate copy of information that you wish to preserve before deleting it.
The processing of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing a Child Profile
heymama baby allows you to share a child profile with another parent, legal guardian, caregiver or other person whom you authorize.
You are responsible for ensuring that each person whom you invite is legally authorized to access and manage the child’s information.
A temporary invitation code is used to connect another user to a child profile. The invitation code is valid for 30 minutes.
Users connected to the same child profile generally have the same level of access. A connected user may be able to:
- view the child profile and its records;
- add new records;
- edit existing records;
- delete records;
- manage information associated with the shared profile.
Records may include information showing which connected user created or updated them.
You understand that another connected user may change or delete shared information. You should share a profile only with persons whom you trust.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qubiri s.r.o. is not responsible for actions taken by a person whom you voluntarily authorized to access a shared profile, including that person’s modification, deletion, copying or independent use of information.
This does not limit any responsibility that Qubiri s.r.o. has for the security or operation of its own systems.
You may remove another user’s access through the functionality available in the application.
After access is removed, that user can no longer access the shared profile through heymama baby. Removing access cannot reverse information that the user may already have viewed, exported, copied, recorded or otherwise stored outside the application.
If a user who created or manages a shared child profile deletes their account, the application allows that user to choose either to:
- delete only their own account while leaving the child profile and its records available to another connected user; or
- delete their account together with the child profile and all records associated with that profile.
If the child profile is preserved, the remaining connected user may continue to access and manage it.
If the child profile is deleted, all connected users lose access and the associated records are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
The consequences of each option are displayed before the deletion is confirmed.
6. Deleting Your Account
You may permanently delete your account through the application by navigating to:
Profile → Settings → Delete Account
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel the subscription separately through the relevant platform to avoid future charges.
Where your account is not connected to a shared child profile, account deletion results in the deletion of:
- your user account;
- your authentication connection;
- child profiles associated solely with your account;
- care and health-related records associated with those profiles;
- sharing and access information;
- consent records;
- temporary invitation codes associated with your account;
- other information directly connected with your use of heymama baby, subject to the retention rules described in the Privacy Policy.
Where a child profile is shared with another connected user, you may choose either to:
- delete only your own account while leaving the child profile and its records available to another connected user; or
- delete your account together with the child profile and all records associated with that profile.
If you choose to preserve the shared child profile, your account and access will be removed, while the remaining connected user may continue to access and manage the profile.
If you choose to delete the shared child profile, all connected users will lose access to it and its associated records will be deleted.
The consequences of each deletion option are displayed before you confirm the deletion.
Once deletion has been completed, deleted information cannot be restored through heymama baby.
Information that another connected user previously copied, exported or otherwise stored outside heymama baby cannot be deleted from that person’s device or independent records through your account-deletion request.
Locally stored child profile photos may be removed when the application or its local data are deleted, subject to the behaviour of the relevant device and operating system.
For security reasons, you may be required to sign in again before account deletion can be completed.
More information about deletion and retention is available in our Privacy Policy.

Activities, reminders, records or notifications within heymama baby must not be treated as confirmation that medication, treatment, vaccination or another health-related action is medically appropriate or has been completed correctly.

- use the application in a way that may endanger a child or another person.
We may investigate suspected misuse and take reasonable action to protect users, children, personal data, the application and our legal rights.

- restrict particular features;
- temporarily suspend access;
- permanently terminate the account;
- remove unlawful content or data where appropriate;
- report the matter to a competent authority where required or permitted by law.
Where reasonably possible, we will inform you of the reason for the action and provide an opportunity to respond, unless doing so would create a security risk, prejudice an investigation or be prohibited by law.
9. Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from using, accessing, exporting or otherwise exercising your rights in your own information, records or other content that you lawfully provide to or create through heymama baby.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas that you voluntarily provide about heymama baby may be used by Qubiri s.r.o. to improve the application without an obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your personal data, child records or other content entered by you.

This does not limit our responsibility for selecting and using service providers in accordance with applicable law.
heymama baby may contain links or references to third-party websites, products, services or resources. Such links are provided for convenience or information only and do not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party.
Your interactions with a third party are between you and that third party.
11. Availability, Maintenance and Changes to the Service
We aim to keep heymama baby available, secure and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or operating-system version.
Access to heymama baby may be temporarily interrupted because of:
- planned maintenance;
- emergency maintenance;
- software updates;
- security measures;
- technical failures;
- internet or cloud-service outages;
- changes imposed by Apple, Google or another service provider;

We may update, modify, improve or remove features where reasonably necessary to:

- correct errors;
- address security or privacy risks;
- comply with legal or platform requirements;

Where a change materially reduces a paid feature during an active billing period, we will take reasonable steps to inform affected users where practicable and where required by applicable law.

You are responsible for:
- using a supported device and operating system;
- installing relevant application and operating-system updates;
- maintaining an internet connection where synchronization or account access requires one;
- maintaining appropriate backups or exports of information that you wish to preserve.
Older versions of the application may stop functioning correctly or may no longer be supported.
Profile photos stored locally on a device may not be available on another device and may be lost if the application or its local data are removed.
12. Limitation of Liability
Certain jurisdictions, including member states of the European Union, Australia and the United Kingdom, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain statutory warranties, consumer guarantees, liabilities or remedies.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty, right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable law.
heymama baby is provided as an organizational, tracking and informational tool. It does not replace professional medical care, emergency services, parental supervision or your own judgment.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUBIRI S.R.O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF QUBIRI S.R.O. FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF HEYMAMA BABY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR HEYMAMA BABY DURING THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY ARISING FROM FRAUD, WILFUL MISCONDUCT, GROSS NEGLIGENCE, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory right to a refund, price reduction, repair, replacement, damages or another remedy available to you under applicable consumer law.
13. Force Majeure
Qubiri s.r.o. will not be responsible for a failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where the failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, without limitation:

- an in-app notice;
- a notice displayed when you open the application;
- a notice sent to the email address associated with your account;
- another appropriate communication method.
Where required by applicable law, we will request your express acceptance before a material change becomes binding.
Where express acceptance is not legally required, your continued use of heymama baby after the updated Terms take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using heymama baby. You may also cancel your subscription and delete your account.
Cancelling or deleting your heymama baby account does not automatically cancel a subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The subscription must be cancelled separately through the relevant platform.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer right available under applicable law.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply under the laws of the country in which you habitually reside.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction providing mandatory consumer protection, nothing in these Terms deprives you of protections that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you and Qubiri s.r.o. should make reasonable efforts to resolve any dispute directly.
You may contact us at:
hey@heymama.baby
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be submitted to the competent courts determined in accordance with applicable law.
Where you are a consumer, you may be entitled to bring proceedings before the courts of the country in which you habitually reside, where required by applicable consumer law.
Qubiri s.r.o. may bring proceedings against a consumer only before the courts permitted by applicable mandatory law.
Nothing in this section limits your right to use an available consumer complaint, alternative dispute-resolution or regulatory procedure.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, where legally possible.
If the provision cannot be validly interpreted or limited, it will be removed from these Terms only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you in connection with a specific subscription, feature or service, constitute the entire agreement between you and Qubiri s.r.o. regarding your use of heymama baby.
They replace any previous oral or written agreements, communications or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
Nothing in this section limits any rights or obligations that arise under applicable law or under the terms of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where those terms apply to your subscription or use of the application.
